Who's responsible for Operations

The Incident Controller is responsible for Operations. The Incident Management Team and other SAR resources also contribute to the Operations stage.
The Incident Controller has overall responsibility for Operations
If you're the Incident Controller, you have overall responsibility for Operations. You will be supported by your Incident Management Team and other SAR organisations contributing to Operations. This includes SAR resources that are:
- dispatched to the scene
- conducting searches
- rescuing survivors
- providing emergency care for survivors
- delivering casualties to medical facilities.
